Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by connecting with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales leads. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your persuasive abilities, will be essential in building rapport with customers and achieving sales targets.


  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Listen attentively to their queries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
  3. Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products/services and closing sales over the phone. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into customers.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, promotions, and sales policies. Articulate product features, benefits, and USPs to customers during calls.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance team performance.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during customer interactions. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive data responsibly.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
  • Age: Must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction. Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities or situations.
  • Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
