Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers through phone calls. 5. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
6. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, feedback, and sales activity in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-learning initiatives. Apply new skills and knowledge to enhance your performance and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales roles is preferred.
- Age: Candidates should be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
