Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with customers through phone calls to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, effectively communicate product information, and persuade prospects to purchase or avail of our services.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listen to their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
  3. Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the benefits of our products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals to contribute to the company's growth and revenue.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, update customer information in the database, and ensure follow-up calls are scheduled as necessary to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  5. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations during calls, ensure ethical conduct, and uphold the reputation of the organization through exceptional service delivery.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a positive work environment and collective success.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to the Graduate degree in any field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric industry.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language(s), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, build rapport with customers, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  4. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  6. Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
