Position: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting with customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products or services, and ultimately converting leads into sales. Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport and trust to understand their needs and preferences effectively.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers. Answer any questions they may have and address any concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calling efforts. Identify potential customers who may be interested in our offerings and gather relevant information for further follow-up.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Utilize persuasive techniques to close sales and achieve desired outcomes.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Share insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade up to graduation. A strong educational foundation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service environment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate voice. Ability to actively listen to customers and respond appropriately to their inquiries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Empathetic and patient demeanor to handle various customer situations effectively.
- Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and objections professionally. Ability to maintain composure and positivity during challenging interactions.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer skills with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while engaging with customers.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues across different departments. Ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
