Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather pertinent information about prospects' needs, preferences, and purchase intentions to create opportunities for sales conversion.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company. Effectively manage time and resources to maximize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (high school) to graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
