Job Title: Telecaller

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs and effectively communicate how our products or services can address those needs.
2. Sales and Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales or encourage customers to take a desired action, such as signing up for a service or scheduling an appointment.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calling efforts. Identify potential customers who may be interested in our offerings and gather relevant information for follow-up.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Nurture leads through ongoing communication to encourage conversion.
6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Graduation preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
5. Persistence: A proactive and persistent approach to sales with a willingness to make multiple calls to achieve targets.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
8. Result-oriented: Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
