Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase our offerings.
5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
6. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and resolve any issues.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
4. Customer-centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
5. Negotiation Skills: Good negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections.
6. Persistence: Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate through the CRM system and update customer information.
