Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
2. Provide information about our products or services and answer any questions the customer may have.
3. Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
4. Handle inbound calls from customers and professionally address their inquiries or concerns.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
7. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass, but a graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
