Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads to drive revenue growth for the company.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and trends.
7. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
