Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
