Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our organization with professionalism and integrity. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers over the phone, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Here's what you can expect from the role:
- Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, answer queries, and address concerns courteously. Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and effectively promote our offerings to drive revenue growth. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve targets within specified timelines.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions competitively in the market.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM software. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Share insights with the management team to drive continuous enhancement of our products/services and customer satisfaction levels.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards during calls to ensure consistency, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade; graduation preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with a pleasant and clear telephone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer segments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
