As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and conversation.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to pique interest and drive sales.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
6. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
8. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th-grade education to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
• Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
