Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by effectively communicating with prospective and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive sales through outbound calls. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
1. Customer Engagement: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers courteously and professionally. Understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services to address their needs effectively.
2. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our offerings based on customer preferences and interests.
3. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals in line with predetermined targets.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction. Address any concerns or queries they may have, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
5. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Use CRM software or other tools provided to ensure efficient tracking and management of customer data.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our telecalling processes.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing telecalling activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations to uphold the integrity and reputation of our organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools is preferred.
