Position: Telecaller

Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services, generate sales leads, or resolve customer issues. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Introduce our products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placements, or issue resolution. Provide accurate and efficient assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers' needs, preferences, and buying intentions to pass on to the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in our products or services but have not made a purchase yet. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database or CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities regularly to track progress and performance.
- Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and achieve set objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduation.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages as required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
