Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention the language) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic and patient demeanor towards customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Proven ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Time Management: Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
