Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and closing sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, providing product/service information, and resolving any concerns or issues they may have.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, persuading customers to make purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, follow-up calls, and maintaining a database of prospective customers.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products/services and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales executives, and other departments to achieve common goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. Experience in a similar industry or sector will be an added advantage.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Customer-centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
