Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database, introducing them to our products/services and persuasively articulating their benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and facilitate the conversion process, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attentiveness.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, follow-up actions, and any pertinent information.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results-driven performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights, best practices, and innovative ideas to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 10th grade education, although a higher educational qualification is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to engage customers confidently and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience in handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a natural aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Budgam region and surrounding areas would be advantageous.
