Position: Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services, and generating interest.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information about our offerings.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers for feedback, renewals, or additional sales opportunities, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers to persuade them to make a purchase or subscribe to our services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the database, and track progress using our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a proactive approach and determination to achieve results.
- Customer Support: Assist customers regarding product inquiries, order placement, payment processing, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree. A background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles is required. Candidates with experience in sales or outbound call centers will be preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with MS Office applications and the ability to navigate CRM software.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, work in a fast-paced environment, and quickly learn about our products/services.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
