Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing product/service information, and pricing details, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have. Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established scripts and guidelines while handling calls to maintain consistency and professionalism. Strive for excellence in service delivery and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to drive product/service enhancements and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Ability to engage customers effectively, convey information persuasively, and build rapport over the phone.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to empathize with customers, address their needs, and exceed their expectations.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to team goals.
