Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products/services.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our offerings, promote special deals, and generate sales leads.
  3. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize conversion rates.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer databases, and report any relevant feedback or issues to the appropriate department.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the company through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
  6. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer queries and provide recommendations.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts while conducting calls to ensure consistency and professionalism.


  • Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and empathize with their needs.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally, and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
