3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their value proposition.
4. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for our sales team with interested prospects, ensuring efficient follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
5. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, feedback received, and any follow-up actions required.

Requirements:

• Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, but a higher degree is preferred. Graduates from any stream are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in telemarketing or sales will be an added advantage.
