Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer service and sales team, responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients through effective communication over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services, discuss their needs, and offer suitable solutions. Additionally, handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, and concerns, and providing accurate information.
- Sales Generation: Actively promote our products/services to drive sales and meet predetermined targets. Utilize persuasive communication skills to highlight the benefits of our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, attentiveness, and reliability during interactions. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized assistance to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback using our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to relay valuable insights to the relevant departments. Prepare regular reports on call activities, sales metrics, and customer trends for management review.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize workflow, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your performance and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related customer service/sales role.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and adapt communication style according to customer needs.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and persuasion tactics.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
