Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and ultimately drive sales. Your main objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convince them of the value proposition offered by our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and address any concerns or objections raised by the prospects.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing accurate information, and offering solutions that meet their requirements. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions.
  3. Sales Conversion: Employ effective sales techniques to persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments. Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently to ensure timely closure of deals. Keep track of prospective customers' preferences and update relevant information as needed.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to address customer inquiries effectively and position our solutions as the best choice.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales representatives and managers, to coordinate efforts and optimize lead generation and conversion processes. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) up to graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
  • Target Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
