Job Summary:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and ultimately convert leads into sales. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, emphasizing their value proposition.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and probing questions.
  5. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  6. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build relationships, and facilitate the sales process.
  7. Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  8. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
  10. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male/female).
