Job Description:

As a telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer queries, and drive sales conversions.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Listen attentively to their queries and concerns, and provide accurate information and solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques. Capture relevant customer information and maintain detailed records in our database.
  4. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects. Keep track of follow-up schedules and ensure timely callbacks.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and product/service performance to the team leaders or supervisors. Generate regular reports on call activities, lead status, and conversion rates.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or a similar role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and adapt communication style according to the customer's preferences.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Prior experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telecalling software, CRM systems, and other digital tools for managing calls and maintaining records.
  • Team Player: Capable of collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
