Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products or services persuasively to secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening and understanding their needs. Address any concerns or queries they may have regarding our products or services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Strive to maximize sales opportunities through effective pitching and negotiation.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest in our offerings but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain a record of interactions and outcomes for future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to deliver accurate information to customers. Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions and materials provided.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding communication standards, ethics, and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing telemarketing activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights. Contribute positively to the team's success and foster a supportive work environment.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Assist in the development of strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English (additional regional languages preferred). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven track record in sales or telemarketing roles, demonstrating the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude. Resilience in the face of challenges and willingness to persist in achieving goals.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software. Comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools for communication and data entry.
