Key Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services. Your main duties will include:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads list. Your goal will be to introduce our offerings, provide information, and persuade them to engage further.
  2. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information about our products/services.
  3. Sales Pitch: Delivering a compelling sales pitch to encourage potential customers to consider our products/services. You will need to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition.
  4. Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company. This will require a proactive approach, persistence, and effective sales techniques.
  5. Follow-up: Following up on leads and inquiries to nurture potential customers through the sales funnel. Timely and consistent follow-up will be crucial for converting leads into sales.
  6. Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and outcomes. This will help in tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance. A positive and cooperative attitude is essential for fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets will be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional language proficiency is a plus). Clear pronunciation, good listening skills, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively are essential.
  • Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions and close sales deals.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive attitude. Resilience and perseverance are key qualities for success in this role.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help customers and provide them with the best possible solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, targets, and sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
