Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via telephone to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide information about our products or services. Building rapport with customers is key to fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Sales Generation: Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote products or services, overcome objections, and ultimately drive sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling where possible.
  3. Lead Management: Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently to maximize conversion rates and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers. Stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
  5. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Relay feedback to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining call logs, recording sales activity, and preparing reports as required. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 10th grade, although a higher educational background is preferred. Candidates with a graduation degree will be given preference.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets will be highly advantageous.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi are required. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone is essential.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Empathetic listening skills are crucial for understanding customer needs and concerns.
  5. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales acumen with a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
  6. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Familiarity with CRM software or telecalling systems will be an advantage.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
