Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively presenting our products/services and converting leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through your persuasive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to meet sales targets.
2. Lead Conversion: Skillfully handle objections and queries to convert leads into sales opportunities. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly quotas.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and courteous assistance. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions. Update customer databases regularly to ensure data integrity.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers. Continuously enhance your product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and preferences.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance. Contribute positively to team dynamics and collective goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Resilience: Resilient attitude towards rejection and setbacks. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant demeanor with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer segments.
