Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and ultimately, driving sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively persuade and influence customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Introduce our products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to the customer.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from prospects to determine their interest and suitability for our offerings.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Strive to continuously improve sales performance and productivity.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the company database. Ensure all records are up-to-date and complete.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during calls to ensure consistency and compliance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections positively and professionally.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
