Role Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and promote our products or services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads or convert them into customers. Provide information about our products or services, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Sales Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers. Persuade them to consider our products or services by highlighting their value proposition and relevance to their needs.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database. Follow up on leads generated through calls and ensure timely closure of sales deals or resolution of customer inquiries.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for sales conversion, lead generation, or other key performance indicators set by the organization.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Address any issues or complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth or improvement in our offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) to graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Gujarati. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented approach. Prior experience in sales or telemarketing would be an advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and proficiency in using CRM software for lead management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, empathize with their needs, and handle objections effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
