About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary goal will be to initiate meaningful conversations, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or through leads generated by marketing efforts.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and personalized communication to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, highlighting how they meet their needs and solve their problems.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest level and purchasing intent.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  6. Data Management: Update customer information accurately in the database and maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to enhance product/service offerings and sales strategies.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-learning initiatives.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English/Hindi. Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade customers to take desired actions and achieve sales targets.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections positively, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in achieving goals.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and regulations.
