Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times. Address their queries, provide accurate information about our offerings, and strive to create a positive impression of the company.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase our products/services. Tailor your approach according to customer needs and preferences to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record relevant information about prospective customers and update the database accordingly.
- Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet. Nurture leads through continued communication and personalized follow-up to convert them into customers.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for sales and lead generation. Strive to exceed performance expectations and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and follow-up actions. Ensure that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 10th grade, however, candidates with higher education qualifications will be preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role is required. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (add language name) and proficiency in Hindi or English is essential. The ability to articulate information clearly and effectively is crucial for this role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers over the phone. Empathetic listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs are vital.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to pitch products/services persuasively and close sales deals. A result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets is necessary.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software, are required. The ability to navigate software systems and input data accurately is essential.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and strategies in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
