  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers to drive sales.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer support departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
