Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to engage further.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication. Address any queries or concerns they may have, and provide accurate information about our offerings to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively articulating the value proposition of our products/services. Employ persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving predefined targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales revenue. Demonstrate persistence and resilience in pursuit of goals, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize customer engagement strategies. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree. A strong educational background demonstrates the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred. Prior experience equips candidates with the skills and confidence necessary to excel in this position.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for engaging customers over the phone. Clear pronunciation, articulate expression, and active listening are key to building rapport and conveying information effectively.
- Persuasive Abilities: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others to take desired actions. A persuasive communicator can overcome objections and convince prospects to explore our offerings further.
- Resilience: Resilience and perseverance are crucial traits for success in a telecalling role. The ability to handle rejection positively, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain motivation in a challenging environment is essential.
