Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, generate leads, and secure appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up to expand our customer base.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and organization.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales executives and managers, to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance your skills and performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other technology tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bhagalpur region and its market dynamics would be an advantage.
