Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in effective communication to introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and address any queries or concerns.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening during phone conversations. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of interactions for follow-up purposes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and understanding their needs. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Present compelling offers, promotions, or incentives to encourage purchasing decisions and achieve sales targets.
- Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with prospective customers to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process. Seek feedback to understand customer preferences, objections, and areas for improvement, and relay insights to the relevant teams.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and relevant information in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer data.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and regional languages. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Sales Acumen: Sound understanding of sales principles and techniques. Demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Resilience: Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection or objections positively and maintain motivation during challenging situations.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools for data entry, call management, and reporting.
