About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products/services, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or take the desired action.
  2. Customer Assistance: Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our offerings. Strive to deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques. Understand their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process. Follow up with potential leads, schedule appointments, and provide necessary support to ensure smooth conversion of leads into sales.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Update customer information in the database and ensure data integrity at all times.
  6. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for call volume, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction. Strive to exceed performance metrics and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate. A higher degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers. Empathetic attitude towards understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools for call management and data entry.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and business requirements. Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively.
