Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce our products or services, highlight their features and benefits, and effectively communicate promotional offers or incentives to encourage sales.
  2. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls from existing customers promptly and professionally. Address their inquiries, resolve issues, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  4. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including call logs, sales orders, and customer feedback. Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up activities.
  5. Adhere to Compliance Guidelines: Follow company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, when conducting sales calls and handling customer data. Ensure compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations to maintain the company's reputation and minimize legal risks.
  6. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers. Listen actively to their concerns, address their needs effectively, and strive to exceed their expectations to foster long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a sales-driven environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve their issues effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust with customers, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications, including MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively.
