Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Effectively communicate promotional offers and discounts to entice potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about the customer's needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior to customize sales pitches and maximize conversion rates.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Follow up with customers to obtain feedback, facilitate repeat business, and promote brand loyalty.
  4. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record and maintain customer information, call logs, and sales activities in the CRM system. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of our products/services. Continuously enhance your product knowledge to effectively address customer queries, overcome objections, and position our offerings as the optimal solution for their needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification from 10th to Graduate.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in the sales or customer service domain.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
  5. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and procedures.
  7. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and internet research tools.
  8. Professionalism: Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, integrity, and reliability. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
