Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a confident communicator who can effectively convey information and build rapport with customers to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list or database. Introduce our products/services, highlight key features, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from prospective customers and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Articulate product benefits and advantages to potential customers to drive interest and sales conversions.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Utilize persuasive selling techniques, overcome objections, and close sales deals effectively to contribute to the overall revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize sales strategies. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English. Ability to engage customers, convey information clearly and build rapport over the phone.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
