Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction strategy, playing a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base.   4. Data Management: Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, in the CRM system. Keep track of follow-up activities and update customer profiles as necessary.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to optimize calling strategies, share best practices, and contribute to team goals. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of products or services.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets. Strive for continuous improvement and actively seek feedback to enhance your performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
