Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
2. Introducing our products/services to prospects and explaining their benefits.
3. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information.
5. Following up on leads and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Updating customer records and ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education: Minimum 12th-grade education, but a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
3. Age: Must be between 18 and 40 years old.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8. Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
11. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
