Education: We welcome candidates with educational qualifications ranging from 12th grade to Graduate level. A strong academic background is valued, but we prioritize individuals with a knack for effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telecalling is required for this role. We seek individuals who have honed their skills in building rapport over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Experience in customer service or sales-related roles will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
