As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations and follow-up calls.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
6. Data Management: Accurately document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the management. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance.

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and preferably English, with clear pronunciation and effective listening skills.
2. Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales or telemarketing with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
