Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from potential customers who have shown interest in our offerings. Provide detailed information about our products/services, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns or objections effectively.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather essential information about prospective customers, their requirements, and preferences to determine their suitability for our offerings.
  4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs and preferences. Highlight the key features and benefits of our products/services to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.
  5. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet committed. Nurture leads through ongoing communication and provides additional information or assistance as required.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Continuously strive to improve performance and exceed expectations to contribute to the overall success of the team.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including call logs, inquiries, and feedback. Ensure that all information is entered correctly into the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members, including sales executives and managers, to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the collective success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Fluency in local languages and proficiency in Hindi is essential.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and persuasion skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections positively and persistently pursue leads to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues when needed.
