Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging potential customers through outbound calls to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to establish connections with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can fulfill those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated data.
2. Lead Conversion: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their requirements and convert leads into sales opportunities.
3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects, addressing any queries they may have.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Data Management: Update customer information and call records accurately in the database to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team lead or management.
7. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the team lead or management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and performance insights to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field is required.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, including male and female.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
• Persuasive Ability: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively over the phone.
• Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Baripada area and its demographics is preferred.
