Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Listen actively to their queries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Sales and Marketing: Introduce our products or services to potential customers through outbound calls. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and drive sales.
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, identify their needs, and qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team. Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions in the database.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Address any issues or complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve common goals and objectives. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathetic listening and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
