  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Listen actively to their queries, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Introduce our products or services to potential customers through outbound calls. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and drive sales.
  3. Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, identify their needs, and qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team. Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions in the database.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Address any issues or complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Data Management: Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve common goals and objectives. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathetic listening and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
  10. Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
