Position Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to promote our products or services. Your goal will be to engage the customer in conversation and generate interest in what we offer.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold-calling efforts. Gather pertinent information about the customer's needs and preferences to determine if our offerings align with their requirements.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or objections they may have. Provide accurate information about our products or services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or previous interactions. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  5. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including the outcome of each call and any follow-up actions required. Keep our customer database updated with the latest information obtained during calls.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales opportunities. Continuously strive to improve your performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade, but a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • Resilience: Capacity to handle rejection and objections positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market dynamics.
