Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers or clients to promote our products or services, generate sales leads, or gather market intelligence. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information as needed. This role offers a dynamic blend of sales, customer service, and relationship-building tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients to introduce our products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
2. Follow established scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
4. Maintain detailed records of interactions, including call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up actions, using our CRM system.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and support the conversion of leads into sales.
6. Continuously update your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.
7. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
8. Participate in regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance your skills and contribute to your professional development.
9. Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies regarding data privacy, telemarketing practices, and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service
• Excellent communication skills in [Language], both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer engagement
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
