As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for effectively communicating with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address their queries, and drive sales. Your primary objective will be to establish rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or set up a meeting.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers courteously and professionally, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have about our offerings.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching our products/services and closing sales deals over the phone.
  5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation techniques to expand our customer base.
  6. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services, and relay this information to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive demeanor.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a telecalling or telesales role.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the telecommunication or sales industry is preferred.
